C*ck cages and castration

While I might have felt dysphoria for as long as I can remember (with varying strengths), it wasn’t until I started experimenting with chastity that I discovered the castration communities.

There’s a lot of fantasists who see castration as a kind of hard-core chastity. Perhaps as the “next level” in self- or enforced-denial.

The experience of chastity

The experience of being castrated is quite different from any experience of chastity.

With chastity, your testicles continue to produce testosterone, and you get horny (to start with). It is possible to masturbate while wearing a cage, and depending on how horny you are will determine how much work it will require – after a fortnight, I would cum if I sneezed!

I thought it would be fun to try for a month, since the feelings of frustration were amazing. It wasn’t the same: my body had gotten used to the cage and its imitations. I just lost interest in sex, which wasn’t what I was aiming for.

I also found that it was too easy to escape from the cage.

The experience of castration

The trouble with castration as an advanced form of chastity is that removing the testicles also removes most or all of the the sex drive – you stop getting horny and sex is no longer on your brain.

On the other hand, introducing testosterone into the system will reactive the sex drive. If you’re lucky, that will enable you to masturbate normally. If you’re less lucky, you might not be able to get erections or they they may be of low quality, which will make masturbation more difficult – I suppose that could create the same feelings of sexual frustration that chastity creates.

Post castration chastity isn’t the same either; without the testicles, there’s nothing to trap the cage onto the body. You can use straps, but they’re generally too easy to escape from.

If you have a Prince Albert piercing, you can enjoy chastity when castrated almost like before – in fact, it seems like there is no way to escape a cage locked with a Prince Albert, however I think that would be the same with or without testicles! I don’t have a PA, so that’s all supposition.

When might castration be next level chastity?

I can’t say from experience what will happen to libido if one takes femanising hormones (see here for some researched information).

I can say that without testosterone and with nothing else in the system that libido drops, possibly through the floor.

If that’s what you’re after and you’re willing to take the misery of menopause and struggling to work out which supplements you need to take to remove the edge from the menopause and maintain health, then castration could do what you want.

I am not against castration as an expression of kink identity, but I am hoping that I have highlighted how this life-changing surgery isn’t necessarily just Chastity V2.0.
