Beware of sympathy scammers

Eighteen going on … uh … eighteen

I am fairly open in most social media about my castration and my life as a eunuch. Seems that this does come with some risks.

About a month ago, a young lad of 18 reached out to me about my trip to Mexico and expressed a desire to be castrated also. I was not going to encourage that, other than to urge deep reflection and exercise extreme caution.

We chatted on and off for about a fortnight, until he announced that he was now in Thailand with some Thai lads of the same age all due to be castrated. He said that he thought that these lads were younger than 18 and had been sent by their families to be castrated and to find a new life.

This lad also said that he wasn’t being charged for the operation; all the doctor wanted was to film it.

This whole situation raised alarm bells and I contacted my own community of the castrated and allies to ask for advice.

The community said that a) he’d gone there under his own steam and needed to sort it out for himself, b) that I had more than enough on my plate with my troubled marriage, and c) this could be a scam: eventually he will ask for money.

I am not going to tell this chap that I am on to him; as long as he thinks I’m still interested in helping him, he won’t change his online identity, which if you look carefully at the images below, you will see is fake:

He claims to have been 18 in 2016.

And he was also 18 in 2024.

Seems that or community needs to protect itself from malicious actors.
