A cunning plan?
A decent night’s sleep and a lie in!
However, I woke up feeling very anxious; I have no idea why. My husband was also very irritable, so he went to the coffee shop on his own and I baked a cake. Courgette, pistachio, and lime. I will have to let you know what it’s like.
I had a number of interesting conversations with people online today. I really feel that I genuine friends online and maybe one day soon I will meet some of them in the person: I am really excited about that! I also had a lot of advice about testosterone.
I spoke to my husband and we have a plan of sorts:
- On Tuesday (Monday is a national holiday), I’ll phone the endocrinology department and tell them that they have a blood test and all the information they need to prescribe testosterone. It might get me somewhere.
- My husband is afraid that if I have testosterone in my system whenever endocrinology decides to test me, that they will reject my application and I will not get their help. He feels that I should therefore not take testosterone or obtain it on the black market.
- Therefore, if endocrinology will not give me testosterone, I will speak to my doctor about a low dose of estrogen – I’m praying that it doesn’t give me boobs.
- I will also write to my MP and the Care Quality Commission, because I feel that I am being discriminated against.
- I think that I only have to get through to the 10th of September when my appointment is – that point they will give me T Gel.
I do thank everybody who suggested ways to get testosterone today.
I am hoping that I’ll be allowed to watch a Star Wars film tonight because it’s Star Wars day! Next weekend is Eurovision and my birthday, so I’ll not be able to watch the film of my choosing then.
