The usual
Another rubbish night’s sleep. It seems the only decent night’s I get are on the weekend where I allow myself a sleeper or two. Last night, even with the blanket, I couldn’t get right: I was too hot, however any part of my body that was in direct contact with the air was too cold. This seemed to go on so night until suddenly I was just too cold.
I am now exhausted before the day even begins. When I’m tired, my eyes don’t work quite so well, which makes focusing on what’s on the computer screen more difficult. I also skipped the gym, however the cycle to work was glorious!
At the office now and I am so hot and sweaty.
Do I have fleas?
I’ve noticed that some areas of my skin are getting more itchy. The areas are all down my lefthand side. It may or may not be significant, but I sleep on my right and my left is the side exposed to the duvet (or blanket).
I asked Mrs Google the leading question “low testosterone itchy skin” and she obligingly informed me that itchy skin and psoriasis can also be symptoms of low testosterone because the skin contains less oils. Wonderful. I expect I’ll have acne when I get onto testosterone now and go through a bit of make puberty again. It was hell there first time around.
I just say that the poor sleep, low energy, lack of exercise, slowly growing belly ate starting to get me down.
On the plus side the cycle to and from work is getting easier.
