Last night I did my “exercises” to prevent ED. Just enough of a workout to keep function.
This morning I’m still tired, which is a reasonable result of a week of illness. I’m just a little snotty now. I know that I’ve been a bit scratchy with my husband these last few days, and quite sensitive to little jibes and niggles. Hopefully tomorrow I’ll feel well enough to have an adult conversation with him! These jibes and niggles are only because he’s not been given an opportunity to voice his feelings this last week.
I still have some tiny spots of blood when I clean down there. If this continues, I’ll put the silicon strip back on to protect the stitches. I am also a little bit sore down there today.
This week, with this sickness and diarrhea on Monday, then the cold, and not doing any exercise, and the relationship stress, I can’t tell whether the fatigue I’m feeling is low testosterone, or a predictable response to all the other stress in my life.
Next week I’ll start really getting on about my hormones! I’ve had to give it a break this week, but my husband needs me fully functional and able to satisfy!
At least the mortgage advance has come through, so we are no longer broke!
Which is a bright end to an otherwise very shit week.
